It started with a leaky pipe. Our founder spent three hours calling plumbers — most didn't pick up, the ones who did gave vague answers about pricing, and figuring out who was actually any good was nearly impossible.

After that experience, he looked for a better solution. Every platform he found did the same thing: here's a list of providers, good luck. Nobody was doing the actual work of contacting them.

That's when we realized: the problem wasn't a lack of information. It was a lack of action. The market needed an agent — something that would actually pick up the phone, have the conversation, and come back with verified results.
